Launch the Risen 3 titan lords trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for “Activated”.

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Select Melee
Numpad 3: Select Ranged
Numpad 4: Select Cunning
Numpad 5: Select Influence
Numpad 6: Select Toughness
Numpad 7: Select Dexterity
Numpad 8: Select Magic
Numpad 9: Select Spirit
Numpad 0: Select Glory
Numpad /: Select Reputation
Numpad *: Select Gold
Numpad +: Increase Value
Numpad -: Decrease Value
F1 key: Unlimited Ammo
F2 key: Item Multiplier

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health – toggle on and your character is immune to
most damage.

Numpad 2: Select Melee – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad 3: Select Ranged – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad 4: Select Cunning – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad 5: Select Influence – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad 6: Select Toughness – while on the Character screen, press this key

Numpad 0: Select Glory – while on the Character screen, press this key

Numpad /: Select Reputation – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad *: Select Gold – while on the Character screen, press this key
to select that item to modify.  Next use the Numpad + or Numpad -
keys to add or subtract the value of the selected item.

Numpad +: Increase Value – after selecting the item to modify, use this
key to modify the value.

Numpad -: Decrease Value – after selecting the item to modify, use this
key to modify the value.

F1 key: Unlimited Ammo – this may work on some items and spells as well.
If you have MORE THAN ONE of the ammo or item, then toggle this on
and when you use the AMMO or ITEM or SPELL, in many cases you
will not use up any of the inventory.  For instance, fire your
gun and your bullet count will not decrease.

F2 key: Item Multiplier – first, enter the Inventory screen and then
press the ALL button.  It will list all items you have in your
inventory.  Press this key and you instantly will have 99 of
each item.
