War Commander Operation Iron Lord Details

Commanders,


In this preview please test the Operation: Iron Lord. Make sure to test all features around the Components and Chimera.

DETAILS

RUSH WAVES

• Rush Bases are lightly defended with very few buildings.


• Rush Bases must be destroyed in under 7 minutes before it resets.

 

FORTRESS WAVES

• Orbital Laser Buildings will be located in some Fortress Bases.
  
  • Orbital Laser Buildings will cause AoE damage on the ground.
  
  

 

ISLAND WAVES

• Island Bases prevent any ground forces from being used.
  
  • Mech Mercenaries can be used.
  
  

ORBITAL LASER BUILDING

  

• Building with near infinite range.


• Dynamic targeting
  
  • When a unit location is targeted, a large area decal is painted on the ground and an AoE explosion is triggered at the location dealing damage over time to all units in the area.
    
    • The explosion cannot be prevented by destroying a projectile and instead must be avoided.
    
    
  
  

 

RADAR JAMMER BUILDING

• Some Bases will come equipped with Radar Jammer Buildings.


• Radar Jammer Buildings reduce the range of all Units on the battlefield.


• When all Radar Jammers are destroyed, the range reduction debuff is removed from Units on the battlefield.

 

ION DAMAGE TURRET

• Breaks Vanquisher Shields.


• If an ion blast hits a shield, it reduces the shield’s remaining duration.
  
  • Does not cause AoE damage.
  
  

 

EVENT PRIZES

HERCULES COMPONENT – ION CANNON

• Unlocked at Wave 40


• Slot: Hand Cannons


• Limited Component: Hercules Ion Cannons
  
  • Each time you beat 10 Waves after 90, the max number of Ion Cannon Components that you can use increases by 1
    
    • Checkpoint Prize at waves 90, 100, 110, …, etc
    
    
    • You build up to your “limit” of Ion Cannon Components
    
    
  
  

 

BEHEMOTH COMPONENT – ABLATIVE ARMOR

• Unlocked at Wave 50


• Slot: Behemoth Armor


• Limited Component: Adds Ion resistance to the Behemoth.
  
  • Each time you beat 10 Waves after 90, the max number of Ablative Armor Components that you can use increases by 1
    
    • Checkpoint Prize at waves 90, 100, 110, …, etc
    
    
    • You build up to your “limit” of Ablative Armor Components
    
    
  
  

 

BANSHEE COMPONENT – ABLATIVE ARMOR

• Unlocked at Wave 60


• Slot: Banshee Rotors


• Limited Component: Improves the Banshee’s resistance to Ion damage.
  
  • Each time you beat 10 Waves after 90, the max number of Ablative Armor Components that you can use increases by 1
    
    • Checkpoint Prize at waves 90, 100, 110, …, etc
    
    
    • You build up to your “limit” of Ablative Armor Components
    
    
  
  

 

CHIMERA

• Unlocked at Wave 80


• Unique Helicopter


• High damage Ion attack


• Fires missile barrage at 50%, 30% & 10% health


• Deploys from Helicopter Platoon

EVENT SHOP PRIZES

IRON LORD TROPHY BANNER

• Unlocked at Wave 150


• This building is invincible and untargetable. You can also place it outside your normal Base Building area.

 

LAST CHANCE PRIZES

Operation: Iron Lord will feature the BFG as a last chance item.
